Terms of use
These terms govern your access to 4Tzar and any investment plan you enter into through it. Please read them before opening an account.
1. Acceptance of these terms
4Tzar is operated by 4Tzar LLC (“4Tzar”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, funding it, or entering into any investment plan, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy, Risk disclosure, and Cookie policy.
If you do not accept these terms, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
To open an account you must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and be acting on your own behalf and not for an undisclosed third party.
You must provide accurate registration details and keep them current. We may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal, and we may decline or close an account where verification is not completed or where the information provided cannot be confirmed.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account.
- One person may hold one account. Multiple accounts created by the same person may be merged or closed.
- Tell us immediately through the contact form if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
4. Investment plans
Each plan states its own amount limits, duration, and profit rate before you commit funds. Those stated terms apply to that investment for its full duration. Changing a published plan does not alter investments already made under earlier terms.
Projected returns are targets based on the plan’s stated rate. They are not guaranteed, and they are not a promise of any particular outcome. Read the Risk disclosure before investing.
An investment runs for the duration shown on the plan. Principal returns to your available balance at maturity.
5. Deposits and withdrawals
- Deposits are processed through third-party payment providers. A deposit is credited once that provider confirms it to us. Until then it remains pending, and a payment you begin but do not complete will not be credited.
- Withdrawals are reviewed before they are paid out. Minimum and maximum amounts per channel are shown on the withdrawal page and may change.
- Withdrawal destination details are your responsibility. We cannot recover funds sent to an account number you entered incorrectly.
- We may hold or decline a transaction where we are required to do so by law, where fraud is suspected, or where verification is outstanding.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use 4Tzar to launder money, to move the proceeds of crime, or to fund any unlawful activity. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, interfere with its operation, scrape it at scale, or use another member’s account.
7. Suspension and closure
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that we reasonably suspect of fraud or unlawful use, or where we are required to act by law or by a payment provider. Where an account is closed and a balance is lawfully due to you, we will return it to a verified account in your name.
8. Intellectual property
The 4Tzar name, interface, content, and code are owned by us or our licensors. You may use the platform for its intended purpose; you may not copy, resell, or republish it.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Material changes will be notified through the platform. Continuing to use 4Tzar after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Liability
4Tzar is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not liable for losses arising from events outside our reasonable control, including failures at payment providers, network outages, or acts of government.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud.
Investment losses are not a platform failure. The value of an investment can fall, and we are not liable for investment outcomes. See the Risk disclosure.
11. Jurisdiction
The courts of Multan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms.
