Privacy policy
What we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do with it.
This policy explains how 4Tzar LLC, operator of 4Tzar, handles personal data. It applies to the 4Tzar website and member dashboard.
1. What we collect
Information you give us
- Registration details — your name, email address, phone number, and country.
- Verification documents — identity documents and, where required by a payment provider, your CNIC number. These are needed before a withdrawal can be processed.
- Payout details — the account holder name, mobile wallet number or bank account, and bank selection you enter for a withdrawal.
- Messages — anything you send through the contact form or support channels.
Information created by your use of the platform
- Transaction records — deposits, investments, earnings, withdrawals, and their status and timing.
- Technical data — your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. We record the IP address used at login and when submitting the contact form, to detect abuse and rate-limit spam.
2. How we use it
- To create and operate your account, and to show you your balances and activity.
- To process deposits and withdrawals, which requires passing certain details to payment providers.
- To verify your identity where a withdrawal or a provider requires it.
- To send service messages — password resets, verification, and notices about your transactions.
- To detect and prevent fraud, unauthorised access, and abuse of the platform.
- To meet legal, tax, and anti-money-laundering obligations.
- To understand how the site is used in aggregate, so we can improve it.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
3. Who we share it with
- Payment providers — to process a deposit or pay out a withdrawal we pass the details that transaction requires, such as your name and destination account.
- Hosting and email providers — who process data on our behalf under contract.
- Analytics — Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, which receives usage data as described in our Cookie policy.
- Authorities — where we are legally required to disclose information, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
Some of these providers operate outside your country, which means your data may be processed abroad under that provider’s own safeguards.
4. How long we keep it
Account and transaction records are kept for as long as your account is open and afterwards for as long as we are required to retain financial records by law. Verification documents are kept for the period required by anti-money-laundering rules. Contact form messages are kept while the enquiry is open and for a reasonable period after.
5. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Passwords are stored hashed, never in readable form, and sensitive provider credentials are stored encrypted. Access to member data is restricted to staff who need it, and administrative actions are recorded in an audit log.
No system is completely secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you and the relevant authority where the law requires it.
6. Your rights
Subject to the law that applies to you, you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- correct data that is wrong or incomplete — you can update most details yourself from your profile;
- delete your data, where we are not required to keep it for legal or financial-record reasons;
- stop using your data for a particular purpose.

7. Children
4Tzar is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children, and we will close an account and delete its data if we learn it belongs to someone under 18.

9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and material changes will be notified through the platform.
