Cookie policy
The cookies this site sets, what each one does, and how to switch them off.
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. It lets the site recognise your browser on the next request — which is how you stay logged in as you move between pages.
2. Cookies we set ourselves
Strictly necessary
These are required for the platform to work. The site cannot function without them, so they are not optional.
- Session cookie — identifies your signed-in session so you are not asked to log in on every page. It is marked HttpOnly and, in production, Secure, so it cannot be read by scripts or sent over an unencrypted connection. It is removed when you log out.
- Remember-me cookie — where you choose to stay signed in, this keeps you logged in between visits until you log out.
- tzr_video_seen — records that you have closed the deposit guide video, so it is not shown to you again on every page.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand in aggregate how many people visit, which pages they use, and where they leave. These cookies are set by Google, not by us, and we use the results to improve the site — not to identify you individually.
3. Cookies we do not set
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell data collected through cookies.
4. How to control cookies
Every major browser lets you view, block, and delete cookies from its settings — usually under Privacy or Site settings. You can also open the site in a private or incognito window, which discards cookies when you close it.
You can opt out of Google Analytics specifically by installing Google’s browser opt-out add-on.
Blocking necessary cookies will break the platform. Without the session cookie you cannot stay signed in, which means you cannot reach your dashboard, deposit, or withdraw.
5. Local storage
Some preferences are stored in your browser’s local storage rather than in a cookie. This data stays on your device, is readable only by this site, and is cleared when you clear your browsing data.
6. Changes to this policy
If we add or remove cookies we will update this page, and the date at the top will change.
7. Contact
Questions about cookies can be sent through our contact form. See also our Privacy policy.
